2) Where is the closest Airport?

There are two airport options if you need to fly to the retreat.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 68 miles/1 hour 25 min to the retreat venue.

San Jose (SJC) is 33 miles/ 50min to our retreat venue.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL TIP: If you fly in after 6pm it may be difficult to get an Uber or Lyft to Santa Cruz from either airport. Price check against vehicle rentals, often it’s the same cost or cheaper for a vehicle rental! If you are using Uber/ Lyft/ another car share service we highly recommend pre-booking your rides to-from Santa Cruz.

3) Will there be discounted accommodations or room blocks for the retreat?

There are SO many incredible options (at different price points) to stay in Santa Cruz  within close proximity to our retreat venue. We do not have discounted hotel rates or room blocks in place for the Rock Your Online Sales Retreat.

We DO have two preferred hotels that we recommend:

• Hotel Paradox (under 5 minute drive to the retreat venue)
• Dream Inn (beachfront and under 5 minute walk to the retreat venue)
  • Call in to (844) 291-9681 to book your room and give the code “local” for a discounted nightly room rate!

4) Are meals included in my ticket?

Meals are not included in your Rock Your Online Sales Retreat ticket price.

There are many different meal options available within walking distance to the Boardwalk’s Cocoanut Grove.

5) Can I connect with other in-person attendee’s to coordinate rideshare or accommodation shares?

Watch your email for our private Rock Your Online Sales Retreat Facebook group that will open at the end of July! This is your private space to connect with other attendees to coordinate rideshares or accommodation shares.

6) What is the retreat’s COVID-19 policy?

We do not require COVID-19 testing to attend our retreat, but we do require all in-person attendees to fill out a Event Waiver & Media Release that includes our COVID-19 policy where you must acknowledge and understand that you will not attend the retreat if you have a fever, sore throat, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have come into close contact with any individuals who are infected with COVID-19 in the 14 days preceding the event.

Women Rocking Business takes all necessary precautions as may be required by federal and local governments and the CDC in respect of preventing the spread of COVID-19, but we cannot guarantee that all attendees are free of viruses, diseases, and/or infections.
