1) Where is the Rock Your Online Sales Retreat?

We’re hosting this spring’s hybrid retreat at the Courtyard by Marriott Santa Cruz in Santa Cruz, California.

Courtyard by Marriott Santa Cruz is located at 313 Riverside Avenue, Santa Cruz, CA 95060.

2) Where is the closest Airport?

There are two airport options if you need to fly to the retreat.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 68 miles/1 hour 25 min to the retreat venue.
San Jose (SJC) is 33 miles/ 50min to our retreat venue.

PRO TIP: if you fly in after 6pm it may be difficult to get an Uber or Lyft to Santa Cruz from either airport. Price check against vehicle rentals, often it’s the same cost or cheaper as a Uber or Lyft! If you are using Uber/Lyft/another car share service we highly recommend pre-booking your rides to-from Santa Cruz (but note pre-booked rides are not guaranteed!)

3) Is there parking available if I stay offsite?

Please note that parking is not available on-site. There are nearby street parking + local parking lot options (for a fee).  We recommend arriving early to park as these spots will fill up quickly. Please plan ahead or ride-share with others!

4) Are meals included in my ticket?

Meals are not included in your Rock Your Online Sales Retreat ticket price. 

There are many different meal options available within walking distance of the event venue (Courtyard Marriott Santa Cruz), including on the Santa Cruz Wharf.

5) Can I connect with other in-person attendee’s to coordinate rideshare or accommodation shares?

Watch your email for our private Rock Your Online Sales Retreat Facebook group! This is your private space to connect with other attendees to coordinate rideshares or accommodation shares - see the PINNED posts at the top of the group dedicated for these topics.

6) What is the retreat’s Health & Wellness policy?

We ask all participants: If you are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness (COVID, flu, etc.), please stay home & email support to change your ticket to join us virtually. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful environment for everyone.

Please note our events are scent-free environments, please refrain from wearing perfumes or strongly scented products during the event to protect our sensitive team members and other participants.

7) What IS included in my ticket price?

Three full days of workshops, presentations and done-with-you breakout sessions. Plus, you’ll also have exclusive access to our Rock Your Online Sales Retreat Facebook Group, and Sage’s Soulmate Clients Bonus Training (under Guides in the Facebook Group).

All accommodations, travel, transportation, meals and any other expenses incurred attending the Rock Your Online Sales retreat are at your own expense.
