A Framework & Reflections to Rock Your Biz in 2025

Dear beautiful sister,

Here we are wrapping up 2024 already… (How?!) And you’re taking the time to read about building your business. You’re a total rockstar! 🌟

It’s an honor to have you in the Women Rocking Business community. As I’m reflecting on 2024, I’m aware that it’s been quite a ride, and I’m imagining it has been for you, too.

This time of year, as we’re moving into the holidays, the winter solstice, and prepping for 2025, is such a beautiful and auspicious time to reflect & let go of any emotions that need to be released from 2024.

It’s a time to regroup so we can have a transformational, expansive, abundant, and joyful year in 2025. 💙

One of my favorite ways to do an end-of-year review is to use my “Let’s Rock” framework.

“Let’s Rock” stands for:

✨Leave behind
✨Envision
✨Transform
✨Support
✨Realistic goals
✨Organize
✨Commit
✨Kickstart

It’s so important to leave behind what didn’t serve you and take the time to envision a compelling 2025.

💛 What do you want to experience next year? 

💛 What are you transforming to reach that vision?

💛 What support do you need? 

💛 What are the goals, small steps, or achievable milestones that can help you get there?

💛 How are you organizing your dreams? 

💛 How are you structuring your work schedule and your workday? 

💛 What time of the day are you most productive?

There’s a quote that says: “Lose an hour in the morning, and you’ll be looking for it all day.”

If you’re someone who is most efficient in the morning, how are you prioritizing those hours to get to the front side of your work?

Alternatively, if you’re a night owl, are you making use of your creative time in the evening—not just to work in your business, but to work on your business? Use this time to do big-picture planning and get ahead.

I also invite you to ask yourself, “What am I committed to?”

A reminder: recommitment matters 10 times more than the original commitment. We can commit to things, but are we staying committed? That’s one of the things we focus on with our women in the Business Academy.
