Years ago, I attended a seminar where a man made an offer from stage, he positioned his big promises in a particular kind of “way”… and something in me recoiled.
I had memories of all the times I’d watched people stand on stage and make offers for high-ticket programs, working the room, trying to convince people to buy.
There was a performance to it that never sat right with me – something about it felt engineered rather than earned.
Walking on the beach later that evening with a girlfriend, I stood in the sand and said, “I will never sell my services that way. I will never sell a big package from the stage. I think it’s just… TACKY.”
I drew a line in the sand.
And here’s what’s so funny – within a week of that conversation with my friend, I had a heart-to-heart with my coach, who encouraged me, and ultimately convinced me, to make an offer for my upcoming year-long program from the stage.
With my recent divorce final, I knew deep down I was going to have to take my business to the next level to be able to afford my life.
But I also knew that I was going to need to craft this offer in a way that I felt totally aligned with, without over promising, and without smarmy convincing tactics.
So I pulled myself together & crafted an offer to share from the stage that felt truly like me. And so,14 years ago, I had my first big success from the stage. I generated $210,000 that day, which was an enormous financial win for me at the time.
But more importantly, I helped 21 women have incredible results that year in their business.
And beyond that, I started to understand the opportunity we have to sell from the stage, when we’re aligned, on purpose and when we prioritize integrity & generosity.
Since then I’ve sold over $37million worth of programs from the stage – serving clients I absolutely love. And, selling on stage – on my terms – has become a sacred act of service taking my business and my clients to the next level.
Here’s a few mindset tips I’ve used over the years to stay consistent with successful sales:

That day changed how I understood something I’d been dreading for years. I used to get that sinking feeling in my stomach before bringing up my offer. I worried I’d be seen as “too salesy,” or that I’d make it weird and my potential client would leave with a bad taste in her mouth.
Something shifted when I realized sales isn’t about me. It’s about my client’s transformation.
When I started showing up with presence instead of pressure, and treating enrollment as sacred instead of stressful, everything changed. I built programs my clients could lean into, committed fully to their results, and stopped trying to convince anyone of anything.
Sales became a sacred agreement: your commitment plus their commitment equals transformation.
Here’s how you can make sales sacred in your business too – and attract your clients while you’re at it.
Ethical sales is about PRESENCE
Enrollment conversations aren’t just about explaining your program. They’re about showing up fully for another human being. When you’re truly present, you listen more deeply. You tune into your client’s needs and desires. You create trust and connection that makes a “yes” natural.
And here’s the reframe I want you to sit with: the conversation isn’t sacred despite money being on the table. It’s sacred because money is involved. Money is energy. It’s a signal that your client is ready to create change, and you get to hold that transformation with them.
High-integrity sales is about COMMITMENT
Commitment is a two-way street, and I think we skip over our own half of it too often. Before you ever ask a client to commit, ask yourself what you’re committing to. Not perfection – nobody’s buying perfection, and nobody should be selling it. What you’re offering is presence, clear expectations + a container your client can actually trust.
Staying honest about what your program can and can’t deliver builds integrity. Telling the truth about the transformation, instead of overselling it to close the deal, makes you more trustworthy. And trust is the actual currency of a sacred sale.

Embrace sales as a DANCE
Sales isn’t one-sided. It’s a dance. Just like a first date, you’re both answering two questions: is this client right for me, and am I the right mentor for them?
When it’s aligned, money becomes a beautiful part of the exchange. It’s not just a transaction – it’s a stake in the ground. A mutual decision to take the journey together. And here’s the truth: when people pay, they pay attention. Investment fuels commitment.
Your $250K sales mindset shift.
Sacred sales isn’t about pushing or convincing. It’s about showing up with presence, exploring commitment with curiosity, and honoring the dance of fit and alignment. When you embrace sales as sacred, you stop selling and start co-creating transformation.
Remember – your clients aren’t investing in you. They’re investing in their own transformation. And you get to be the guide.
When we, as women, do the work to get powerfully aligned with what we offer, we can confidently ask for the sale, find the clients who are waiting for us, and change lives so we can change the world.
Let’s rock this.
