These days, many email service providers are increasingly flagging emails you may want to get as promotions, which means you might not see our emails. 

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to mark emails as safe for the top 4 email service providers:


1. Gmail

To mark emails as safe in Gmail:

  • Open Gmail and log into your account.
  • Find an email from the sender you want to mark as safe.
  • Drag the email to the Primary tab at the top of your inbox. Gmail will ask if you want to do this for future emails from this sender—select Yes.
  • Alternatively, you can:
    1. Open the email.
    2. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the email.
    3. Select Add [sender] to contacts list.

2. Outlook (Web)

To mark emails as safe in Outlook:

  • Open Outlook and log into your account.
  • Find an email from the sender you want to mark as safe.
  • Right-click on the email and select Mark as not junk.

To add a sender to your safe senders list:

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select View all Outlook settings.
  2. Go to Junk email under Mail.
  3. In the Safe senders and domains section, click Add.
  4. Enter the sender's email address or domain (e.g., @domain.com) and click Save.

3. Yahoo Mail

To mark emails as safe in Yahoo:

  • Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account.
  • Find an email from the sender you want to mark as safe.
  • Hover over the sender's name and click Add to contacts.
  • Add any necessary details and click Save.

4. Apple Mail (iCloud)

To mark emails as safe in Apple Mail (iCloud):

  • Open Mail on your Mac or iOS device.
  • Find the email from the sender you want to mark as safe.
  • Click on the sender’s name and add it to your contacts by clicking Add to Contacts or Add to VIP.
