So – I was down on the beach a few days ago chatting with my CEO when she asked, “Have you seen the burning tower in France?”
I hadn’t. So I opened up my phone.
Hundreds of thousands of people had taken to the streets. In Limoges, the historic town hall’s 143-year-old clock tower, a symbol of top-down, hierarchical power, was collapsing in flames.
I’m not here to comment on politics.
But standing there in the sand, looking at that image, something in me felt the symbology & reverence of the moment –
Because the old way is crumbling. And we can feel it.
I’m seeing some level of rupture & reorientation all over – in my community, my family and in the world.

It might not be that anything is falling apart.
It might be (and you probably already feel this), a deeper women’s way is finding you.
It’s finding all of us.
I see evidence of the women’s way of doing business everywhere.
I see it in the way women are building businesses based in truth, honesty, love & collaboration.
I see my clients being more vulnerable & building more trust with their communities when they do. I see them being real on social media & building platforms that heal.
And I see the other side of it, too. The old power-over way, the out-of-balance masculine that says dominate, control, and win at all costs, is crumbling.
(To be clear, I’m not talking about men. I’m talking about a way of using power that has run its course.)
I had no idea how literally I’d see that crumbling until I was standing on that beach.
The old playbook isn’t working anymore.
It feels like the funnel that used to convert doesn’t, and the strategy everyone swore by suddenly feels hollow. It feels like you’re standing at the edge of something you can’t quite see yet.
That is not failure – that is the edge of something new, and we are standing right on it.
Trust your knowing
Underneath the disorientation, there is a knowing in us – like a gold thread guiding us.
There’s a definition in Evolutionary Biology that says… The role of crisis is to signal to an organism that incremental change is no longer sufficient to transcend limitation.
What’s happening in your life and business now is not random. It’s already pointing you toward the clients you’re meant to serve & the transformation you’re meant to bring to the world.
Healthy sustainable business moves WITH your cycles instead of against them.
Community that creates real momentum exists without undertones of competition.
True leadership is about listening as well as it makes decisions.
You were made for this moment
The Women’s Way isn’t coming. It’s already here. And it’s already in you – and it’s guiding you to your clients, and your clients to you.
Trust your voice. Trust your impulse to share, to get visible, to get on zoom, to say the thing, to make the offer. Your clients really are waiting.
