First, I’ll share a few reasons WHY there’s actually more freedom and ease in leading a 7-figure business compared to a 6-figure business. 

• You avoid exhaustion and overwhelm. As a woman entrepreneur, you’re a visionary! If you spend your time trying to do everything, you’ll burn out. While you can find grace and ease in any phase of business, the 7-figure threshold allows you to build a team to support you and take responsibilities off your plate…so you can focus on your vision and transformation. 
• You can make a bigger difference. Million-dollar businesses have potential to reach hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of people all over the world. That means you can transform more lives with your purpose-based biz. 
• You do more of what you do best. When I transitioned from 6 to 7 figures, I was blown away by how much more freedom I felt in my life and my business. Now, I have an amazing team to support me and I spend most of my time working ON my business (instead of IN my business.)

Here are my 3 favorite tips to scale to 7-figures.

#1. Hire an Internal Team

Have at least 1 or 2 core people on your team who can really help you avoid isolation and step into collaboration. Look for qualities like…

• Leadership – willing to step up and run a department
• Commitment – embodies their role and holds your vision
• Problem Solver – always up to get in there and “figure it out”
• Learner – takes initiative to uplevel their role and skills

While it’s great to have contractors and outside support, there’s so much value in growing an internal core team when you’re scaling your heart-based business.

#2. Get Hands Free

Look at where you’re spending a lot of time in your business and figure out where you can delegate to your team members. 

Grow a team who can help you implement your vision by…

• Taking notes during meetings
• Plug tasks into a project management system
• Bring your vision into reality

…so you’re free to spend your time doing what you love the most. As Dan Sullivan says, “Tightly scheduled entrepreneurs cannot transform themselves.”

Bonus Tip: Schedule regular meetings with your team. This creates a space for them to ask you questions and collaborate with your vision, so they can get what they need and you can clump your time.

#3. Wash, Rinse, Repeat

There are two truths behind every 7-figure launch or event:

• There is history of launching some version of the event before
• There is a rockstar team who supports the strategy

I highly recommend a “wash, rinse, repeat” strategy. This is how you create both 7-figure income AND ease in your business. 

You can improve it each time, add bells and whistles, and uplevel your marketing materials… but having the core content and purpose remain relatively the same will create so much time and freedom in your business.
