Tip #1: Create Different Versions

Practice a few versions of your magnetic message and use them when you feel appropriate. For example, if you’re speaking with a potential client at a dinner party, you might want to begin the conversation casually. If you’re a speaker at an event, it might feel more natural to begin by sharing your bold stand right away. 

Tip #2: Focus on Key Phrases

It’s okay if you deliver your message a little differently every time. Connect to the present moment and tailor your message in a way that fits your audience and environment. Try not to focus on an exact script. Instead, keep a few key phrases in your back pocket that you can leverage in any scenario. 

Tip #3: Leverage Language Beyond Words

Effective communication is less than 40 percent about the words you say. It also encompasses your energy, passion, and body language. So whether you’re rocking the stage or engaged in a casual conversation, remember to always share your message with authenticity and speak from the heart so your audience feels your commitment on a deeper level.
