💥 What is Imposter Syndrome, really?

Imposter Syndrome is the persistent belief that your success isn’t truly deserved… or the fear that it won’t last because you don’t feel “good enough.”

Underneath it all? A deep sense of unworthiness.

Let’s talk about the three F’s of Imposter Syndrome.

After supporting thousands of women through this exact struggle, I’ve found that Imposter Syndrome usually shows up in 3 key energies:

• Fake
• Fraud
• Fear

Let’s break these down and flip the script — so you can build your confidence and rock your business with integrity.

1️⃣ Feeling “Fake”?

If you’ve ever felt like you’re faking it — pause and ask:

Where do I need to let myself be more me?

Maybe you’re afraid to show up imperfectly, to hit record without your hair done, or to stumble through your words on camera.

That’s OK. In fact, some of my highest-converting videos are the least polished.

When I left teaching to start my business, I was terrified. I didn’t have clients, I didn’t have content — I cried myself to sleep more nights than I can count. But what I did have was a desire to make a difference.

So I started sharing from the heart. My own ideas. My fears. My voice. And that’s when things started to shift.

My confidence grew.

Clients started showing up.

And I realized: Being yourself is what actually attracts your people.

2️⃣ Feeling Like a “Fraud”?

The energy of fraud is different than fake — it’s rooted in the fear that you’re deceiving someone.

Even now, I feel fear almost every day as a CEO. But I’ve learned not to let fear drive.

I scoop it up, place it in the back seat, and remind it: We’re going anyway.
