Who gives you the right to raise your rates on your mentorship packages?
YOU DO.
đź’ˇIf you’re anything like me, you don’t just want to randomly raise your prices and hope for the best. You want to feel completely aligned with your pricing—knowing with absolute confidence that your program delivers immense value and is worth every penny.
In this video, I share how I finally found the courage to raise my rates—moving beyond undercharging at $40 an hour—to ensure my prices truly reflect the value and transformation my programs deliver.
I’ve had the honor of supporting 1000s of women to raise their rates.Â
Now—it’s your turn to charge what you’ve ALWAYS wanted to charge.
If you’re a mission-driven entrepreneur, you know you’re meant to help people. You’ve poured time, energy, and heart into your work. But if you’re undercharging, you’re not just hurting yourself—you’re also limiting the transformation your clients can experience. So let’s break this down and talk about how to confidently raise your rates while staying in full integrity.
Too many coaches and mentors hesitate to increase their prices because they’re waiting for some external validation. But the truth is, no one is coming to give you permission. You are the expert. You are the one who determines your worth.
I started out charging just $40 an hour. Then I moved to $200 an hour. Then I shifted my pricing model entirely—going to $750/month. Finally, I got the courage to raise my rates so they finally reflected the TRUE value I provide. 🎯🔥
Over the last decade, I’ve supported thousands of clients in raising their rates and stepping into their worth. And the key takeaway is this: you must own your value before anyone else will.
It’s not enough to just slap a higher price tag on your program and hope for the best. If you don’t believe in the value you provide, your potential clients will sense it. They’ll hesitate. And so will you.
Many women who have high standards for integrity sometimes struggle with this the most. If you deeply care about delivering real results, you won’t feel good about raising your rates unless you know, without a doubt, that your program is worth it.
If you’ve ever thought, I can’t just charge more for the sake of it, that’s a good thing. You care about doing this the right way. And that’s exactly why you should raise your rates.
Your prices ought to reflect the true transformation you provide. If you’ve been undervaluing yourself, your clients are likely not taking your work as seriously as they should. When you charge more, you’re inviting them to show up at a higher level and commit more deeply.
Think back to when you were going through your own transformation. What did you need most? What kind of mentorship would have helped you get to your next level faster?
Now, ask yourself: Am I offering that in my program?
When you create a program so powerful that you wish you had access to it earlier in your journey, you’ll never feel hesitant about charging premium rates. You’ll know, deep in your bones, that it’s worth every penny.
Your clients may not always know exactly what they need, but you might. And if there’s a skill, tool, or framework that would take your program to the next level, be willing to learn it.
Investing in your own growth allows you to serve at a higher level. When you continue evolving, you bring that value into your mentorship, making it an easy decision for your clients to want to pay more to get everything you’ve got.
Pricing your program isn’t about what you think people can afford. It’s about ensuring that the value far outweighs the cost. Ask yourself:
Stacking these elements makes your program worth 10X what you charge. When the value of your offer is undeniable, sales can feel effortless.
If you mentor people in relationships, remind them of this: love and connection impact their financial lives more than they realize.
Your program doesn’t just improve relationships—it improves financial well-being.
If you’re in the wellness space, don’t forget: health is the foundation of everything.
When positioning your offer, highlight the lifetime value of prioritizing health. People don’t just want to feel good—they want to live full out.
If you help people grow their businesses or careers, the return on investment is clear. A program that helps someone land higher-paying clients, negotiate a raise, or build a sustainable business pays for itself many times over.
If you can show people how investing in your program leads to more income, you’ll never have to make a “hard sell” again. The results will speak for themselves.
Here’s the final key: You can’t expect others to invest in you if you’re not investing in yourself.
Every high-level mentor I know has mentors of their own. If you’re not actively learning, growing, and surrounding yourself with support, it’s time to change that.
