A Framework for $250K in 2026

Here we are wrapping up 2025 already… (What?!)
I’d say for many of us it’s been a … helluva year.
(i=Is helluva a word? If it wasn’t before – I think it is now that we’ve survived 2025…) 😂

Warning – this article is a little longer than most – because I wanted to include a full reflection exercise.

Grab a piece of paper & dive in – this framework helped over 50 of my clients hit $250K this year.  

One thing to keep in mind – my clients & I pivoted big time this year. 

Pivots included…

• Scaling back paid ads & ramping up organic
• Simplifying our messaging & solving individualized problems for our clients
• Doubling down on what we KNOW works – getting our clients results
• Getting mega-organized, especially around our talk & our offer. (If you need help with this I have a brand new offer for ya at the bottom of the article – read on.) 

My life purpose is helping you build a solid mentorship business that actually pays the bills. 

As my friend Derek Rydall says – you can’t be the light of the world if you can’t pay your light bill. 

 And, as I’m studying their success (which I love to do – I used to be a science teacher so I geek out on this stuff)… 

I diffused down our framework for the NEW YEAR –  to help you combine the strategy + the mindset to really achieve something you’ve never achieved before.

My company made $3.6 MM this year – which is a solid profit year for us.
Even with all the changes online (especially with all the changes…) I feel more excited than ever about what’s to come.

And my goal is to take everything we’re learning – and my clients are learning, and help you not just hit your goals… but dance past them. 

Every year – I use my “Let’s Rock” framework. 

Remember I’m a retired school teacher, you can make fun of me all you want – but acronyms just work lol.  

So here we go – 

Leave behind… What are you ready to let go of? 

Envision success… What do you actually want?
Transform the old… Let it go Sis!
Support… Ask, what do YOU need to succeed?

Realistic Goals… It’s time to get grounded!
Organize… Your dreams!
Commit & Recommit… This is KEY 🙂
Kickstart… I have a plan – if you need it!

A few more clarifying questions for all 8 steps … 

• (Leave it behind & Envision) What do you want to experience next year… instead?
• (Transform) What are you transforming to reach that vision?
• (Support – this is tough for many women) 

Here’s a spin on a saying many of us have heard a million times…

If you want something you’ve never had, you have to be willing to receive something you’ve never received! 

• (Realistic Goals) What are the goals, small steps, or achievable milestones that can help you get there?
• (Organize) How are you organizing your dreams? 

If you want to rise to your dreams, what’s the plan sis? This is where I might be able to help you out. This is my specialty. Getting women to their first $250K. 

• (Commit & Recommit) I invite you to ask yourself, “What am I committed to?” 

How do you know what you’re committed to? Well – you see the evidence of it all over your life. 

This can be a tough one – but once I learned it – it was a key that unlocked a door to limitless results. Seriously.
