I recently went swimming with dolphins in Bimini and I have to tell you…

It really woke me up. 

So today I want to share with you some of my key transmissions from my dolphin experience so you can create success in your business.

I’ve been swimming with dolphins since 2003 and I’m always amazed by the lessons they have to teach me.

Dolphins are enlightened beings with hearts wide open as they send sonar through the water. They’re very interested in playing with humans when we give off the right energy.

During this most recent swim, they taught me about FLOW.

I’ve been thinking a lot about their flow-based lifestyle and I came up with an acronym to help you in business…

Focus – Step into inspired action focusing on what you really want and the next project that will help get you there.
Let go – Don’t get in your head, don’t overthink it, and don’t self-sabotage. (Let go of those limiting beliefs, sister!)
Open –  Be open to other people’s perspectives, new ideas for your business, and your unique journey.
Willing – Know that you don’t have to have it all figured out… just be willing to flow with your heart-based biz.
