Work with small groups of clients.
This is important because many people have emotional wounds and resistances that were put in place by relationships with others.
Small groups create a container for healing, growing, and transforming. They create an environment where your clients can start breaking through their wounds and experiencing meaningful, supportive interaction.
You’re building a multidimensional experience that fosters transformation in a way that your clients can’t get from simply reading a book or listening to a one-way monologue.
As Brené Brown says, “Belonging is the greatest driver of human behavior.”
The community you’re creating within your programs is so valuable.
