How to Sell Transformational Work

Happy Monday, Rockstar!

As women entrepreneurs, many of us are offering deeply transformational work that aims to change lives on this planet.

I’m answering your frequently asked questions about selling transformation, so you can get out there and make an even bigger difference.

Can I sell deep transformational work?

Absolutely! Traditional business advice may tell you to avoid getting too deep.

However, I’ve discovered that people really want to…

  • Embark on a journey of deep transformation
  • Feel supported in an environment where they can be authentic
  • Grow into the best versions of themselves through community & mentorship

As the planet continues to face big challenges, your gift of transformational work is needed now more than ever. Your ideal clients are out there waiting to have their lives changed by YOU.

Do I need to be live, in person to rock my offer?

I strongly believe the answer is NO.

Video conferencing technology like Zoom, which supports both large trainings and intimate breakout sessions, allows us to feel a strong sense of togetherness in a virtual environment.

You can absolutely create space for emotional and liberating transformation in a virtual setting. I’ve held virtual events where women were in tears as they moved through their challenges and experienced major breakthroughs!

Trust me, sister, you can do it. Your offer will be impactful from any stage you choose to rock, whether it’s in-person or virtual.

Can I make money with transformational work?

100% YES!

In Ancient Asia, the healers and energy workers were at the top of the pay scale. The world is slowly returning to a place where those of us who are working with more sensitive and subtle energies are becoming more valued.

If you’re selling transformational work, my advice to you is to get out there and speak your deeper message!

Include results and benefits, but don’t hold back on promoting the life-changing transformation that you’re here to create with your ideal clients.

Many of our clients in the Women Rocking Business community are reaching 6- and 7- figures by rocking transformation-based sales. If they can do it, so can you!

How do I help create deeper transformation for my clients?

One of my favorite tips is…

Work with small groups of clients.

This is important because many people have emotional wounds and resistances that were put in place by relationships with others.

Small groups create a container for healing, growing, and transforming. They create an environment where your clients can start breaking through their wounds and experiencing meaningful, supportive interaction.

You’re building a multidimensional experience that fosters transformation in a way that your clients can’t get from simply reading a book or listening to a one-way monologue.

As Brené Brown says, “Belonging is the greatest driver of human behavior.”

The community you’re creating within your programs is so valuable.

I’m teaching you how to uplevel your transformation-based sales at my 3-Day Rock Your Online Sales Retreat this week.

This is an experiential, done-for-you retreat where you’ll get actionable tools to…

  • Get visible online
  • Craft your 90-day launch plan

25 years doing public workshops on a variety of topics lead me to 11 years working with the men and women leaving the military. What a gift that was I received so much from those men and women over the years.
That’s why I do what I do

“You’ve been called to this work because it’s this moment, not in spite of.” Amen, Sage! I met with my coach (Jill @ WRB) just a couple of hours ago, and she challenged me in this area. My transformations are practical and spiritual, and both are important. I’m inspired to speak clearly into that spiritual part of the transformation I offer and how it will lead to practical results.
