I love group programs. The transformation that happens in a group is unlike anything you can do alone or even one on one.

I launched my first group program in 2011 with 12 women sitting in my living room. By 2012, that group had grown to 30 clients. By 2014, I was serving hundreds of women inside group programs.

And the best part? Group programs allow you to step out of trading your time for dollars. 

I did not have fancy tech. I did not have a huge list. What I had was a deep commitment to creating an experience where women felt seen, supported, and held through real transformation.

Group programs do not fail because of lack of expertise. They lose momentum because the container is under-led.
