These immersive retreats are powerful times when major breakthroughs happen, and we’re committed to delivering in-depth training and laser coaching. See the bottom of the EVENTS page for more information on volunteering at retreats!

There is no extra program fee to attend the live retreats as a client. However, you are responsible for your travel, and lodging and any retreat facility fees directly with the retreat centers. You will book that with them (see below). Some meals are included based on the dates you book. All noted below.

Email [email protected] if you're interested in volunteering to staff at a retreat (for second time attendees or LEV staffing for ELA retreats). We encourage all of you to apply to staff at WRB Live (March or Sept) for behind the scenes event experience especially if you attended as a participant before!

STEP 2: Find a Roommate & Book Your Room

This retreat is held on the gorgeous 1440 Multiversity grounds. You can choose to have a single or share a double room with another participant from our group. Please plan on staying the entire event – as part of your client agreement, it is required that you stay on site for the client retreats. You may see "commuter passes" listed on the 1440 website. Those are NOT for our group. Per the 1440 policy, those are only available for day use guests who are not part of a group residential retreat like ours. If you have any questions please contact [email protected].

To book with a roommate, you’ll need to find a roommate before you book. Reach out to your sisters, post on your private Facebook group asking for a roommate. And use the ROOMMATE & Rideshare Google Doc here for easy connecting!

Then each of you needs to contact Reservations to book your room and let them know your room preference and the name of your roommate. Remind them that you will be splitting your room charge with your roommate. Reserve the room under the Women Rocking Business Room Block.

Contact Reservations at 1-888-727-1440.

Choose your accommodations from the beautiful rooms available to us for our retreat. Please visit the 1440 Accommodations Page  to view room options. Please CALL the reservations desk to book your room. No online booking available for our retreat dates.

*Taxes and fees apply to all room costs.
Meals ARE included in the room rates for your all inclusive retreat stay! Confirm with 1440 when you reserve, which meals are covered, depending on your arrival and departure date.
You can get the room block rate (if still available) as early as arriving Oct 13 through Oct 17 (one day before and after the retreat).
