Reflecting on Our First 1,000 Woman Event…

Last week, I wrapped up my first 1,000+ women event and I have to say…

…it was off-the-charts AMAZING! The magnetic energy and feeling of togetherness are still resonating with me today. 

I’m so amazed by the women who showed up with their A-GAMES, their commitment and their BIG MISSIONS.

As I’m thinking about all the lives and businesses that were forever changed, and I can’t help but reflect on this past year…

It was only 13 months ago I pulled off the biggest pivot of my career.

When the pandemic hit, we had just 2 days to transition our in-person 3-day event to a virtual retreat. It wasn’t easy, but we made it happen and kept our promises to the 700+ women who were planning on traveling to the California coast to rock their businesses in person. 

It was my BIGGEST FEAR to have an event get cancelled.

I had a good cry the day I found out we weren’t going to be able to gather in person. But – as we all do – my team & I pulled up our big girl panties and re-engineered all our live events last year into virtual retreats…

And we learned SO MUCH in the process. 

We’ve been teaching virtual retreat strategies to our clients.
And their successes have been what I’m MOST PROUD OF!!!

A lot has changed in the last year.

Many of us have been through some real challenges. We’ve had losses, setbacks, career transition.

We’ve faced things we all probably thought we would never have to face. 

We’ve come a long way since then. 

Over this past year, my team and I have redefined how to rock business – the woman’s way – with proven ONLINE strategies. 

We developed new training & tools to show women entrepreneurs how to:

• Share your magnetic offer on camera
• Enroll clients naturally, confidently, and VIRTUALLY

And in the past few months, our revamped online training programs & event itineraries have helped thousands of women do what they do best…

• Change lives
• Make a huge difference on the planet
• Lead heart-based businesses with purpose

…while earning great money in the process. 

Last week I stood in the studio – hosting that same 3-day event virtually – and I saw the faces of over 1,000 fearless women who decided to show up for their businesses no matter what. 

I experienced a breakthrough and realized a powerful truth:

Our commitment and big dreams transcend physical space.

Whether we’re together in a big room…

Holding hands in a circle on the beach….

Or connected from the virtual stage…

When we commit to our heart-centered businesses, we are simply unstoppable.

Life is in session and our planet is still spinning, but as women leaders, we will always rise.
