I just hosted a Speakathon with over 350 women actively hosting their virtual events, following our proven framework, and attending each other’s events as wing women.

…and they had MASSIVE success. 

Here are just a few of the results:

Glory St. Germain enrolled 4 high-paying clients and earned $8,000 right away.

Rachel Cooley hosted her masterclass with 35 people signed up for her next virtual event.

Robyn Smith landed nearly 300 humans who registered for her next event. 

Nothing makes me more proud than knowing that my purpose-driven clients are experiencing the results they want, reaching more of their ideal clients, changing lives, and upleveling their income. 

During the Speakathon, I wrote down a few tips in my journal about how YOU can create a business that delivers real transformation.

#1. Stop Trying to Avoid the Work

It’s not about trying to hide. If you catch yourself in limited thinking…

Start finding the place where it stops feeling like work… and it feels like fun. 

As soon as I got the idea for the Speakathon, I thought, “Let’s not just have clients host their events…let’s have them attend each other’s events to create huge momentum of support and action!”

The results? An explosion of action and activity!

This opportunity created collaboration, support, and an opportunity for so many lives to change. I had so much fun in the process.

#2. Stop Chasing the Money

Try not to focus on “I need money” and “I need clients.”

Instead, focus on selling as a way to transform lives.

Ask yourself “who is the next person I can help?”

Then take the steps to find that person. Get visible. Create videos. Talk to people.

Don’t make it about pushing a sale… focus on making real relationships with real people. 

When you focus on selling as a way to change lives, the money will follow. I promise.

#3. Have the Courage to Change Lives

Here’s a quote I love:

“Courage is not the absence of fear. The coward listens to her fears and becomes controlled by them. The courageous one pushes through (or meanders through) her fears. What makes her courageous is she refuses to be ruled by dread.”

Let that sink in for a moment.
