The Entrepreneur Burnout Solution with Rev. Michael Beckwith & Sage Lavine

The past few years haven’t been easy.

We’ve been walking through a global pandemic, new challenges, and big shifts in our business.

So it’s no wonder I’ve been receiving a lot of inquiries asking, “how do I keep going in business without burning out?”

If you feel like you’re on the edge of entrepreneur burnout, this training is for you. I pulled an inspirational training from my archives and I’m sharing my interview with Reverend Michael Beckwith, who is a New Thought minister, bestselling author and founder of the Agape International Spiritual Center in California.

Check out the video below to learn our secret to not burning out and hear his key message about the feminine energy in our businesses.

Here are a few of my favorite gems of wisdom from this life-changing interview:

#1. Remember Your Feminine Values

Rev. Michael Beckwith explains that the masculine paradigm centers mainly around profit. The feminine paradigm, however, focuses on 4 pillars: profit, purpose, people, and planet. We’re purpose-driven entrepreneurs making  an important impact on our planet and its people.

#2. Don’t Give Up

Now more than ever, the world needs the feminine energy to rise and people are craving the heart-based gifts that we’re bringing through our women-owned businesses. So keep going. Don’t quit. Don’t give up.

#3. Let the Vision Pull You

Women entrepreneurs are driven by a greater vision for the planet. Let that vision pull you forth… so you don’t push your way to entrepreneur burnout. Rev. Deborah Johnson, one of Rev. Michael Beckwith’s students and my spiritual mentors, says, “pain pushes until vision pulls.”

I hope this training is a reminder of WHY your business is needed on this planet right now and HOW to prevent burnout as a mission-driven leader.

Tell me in the comments:
What is the vision for your business that pulls you forward?

You got this, rockstar.

Keep going.

Bring your gifts to the planet.

Your clients are waiting for you.

Let’s do this thing…together.

Love,
Sage

Great Interview!!! Love Rev. Michael Beckwith. I get the difference between Masculine and Fem power, and my question is HOW do I market, sales, all the technical stuff and EVERYTHING that goes with having my business be successful, there are loads of components to it, loads of learning and when you do not have a lot of money and doing it while working FT, and raising a family, HOW do I tap into the Feminine side? I feel sometimes the message I am hearing is there is no action that you are taking, if we sit around waiting for our intuition to guide us, I just do not get that, there must be action in order for me to produce results towards what I vision for my life and my business. I have a friend who is an extraordinary Parenting expert, she is now in her 80’s, she has spent most of her time focused on allowing her intuition to guide her and has minimal results towards her vision of happy kids happy parents. And when I see that I am afraid of that becoming me. I am 48 now, and in order for me to make an impact in the world how do I do it from flow and ease while also growing and earning an income. I also have a client who is soul led, she wants to make a big impact but says she is all about just sitting there waiting for the people to come to her. am I missing something here?

Making something welcome rather than make something happen. I think I really need to think about this
